We should now continue discussing the "Cake Mixing Ceremony." To celebrate the Christmas festival, it is customary to combine the components of the cake with the wine. Typically, this event occurs one to two months before Christmas.

The 17th century saw the beginning of this tradition in England. It was a novel method of fruitcake preservation, this ceremony mainly involved mixed dry fruits, wine/rum, flour, eggs, sugar and so on.
In this ceremony, friends and families mix the ingredients with wine or rum to make a plum cake.
This ceremony symbolises the joy of Christmas and New Year.
